At their first attempt, they were unable to remove the old oil filter. However, they went out of their way to buy additional tools and went back to our house, offering to do the service for free, as compensation of taking our time (we still insisted on paying them as we understand this is a business). They were finally successful in doing the oil change, and we appreciated the great customer service. It was also snowing heavily but they stuck to their commitment to do the job. Highly recommended, very satisfied customer.

My oil change was overdue but my machine was closed. I phoned these guys up, they came within the hour to my place, finished the job within 20 minutes at a low cost. Easy, painless, good pricing and great customer service. It will definitely try them again in the near future.
